Dr. George was born and raised in Wyoming.  He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and his graduate DDS degree from Northwestern University Dental School.  Prior to opening his private practice in San Diego, Dr. George was a member of and retired from the Naval Dental Corp.  Practicing general family dentistry in the La Mesa area of San Diego County since 1973  Dr. George and his wife Rita have also enjoyed raising their three beautiful children Amy, John and Sarah in the wonderful community of San Diego.

Dr. George is currently a continuing member of the American Dental Association"ADA", California Dental Association "CDA" and the San Diego County Dental Society "SDCDS".  Dr. George remains active in the dental professional community through participation and affiliation with several continuing education organizations which teach current advancements in both the management and technical aspects of dental practice.  He is currently active in Summit Dental Study Group  which focuses on pertinent and relevant topics that enhance and improve the overall quality in the practice of Dentistry; the San Diego Advanced Study Group "SDASG" whose main focus is on diagnoses and treatment of complex dental restorative problems; the San Diego Mini Residency Study Group which focuses on implant rehabilitation and restorative dentistry; and the National Orgnathic Bioesthetic "OBI" Study Group which focuses on complex partial and full mouth adult reconstructive dentistry.
