7/12/11 -Dr. George, Sherene, Vickie, Kathy and Sarah- As you know I had been searching for good and satisfactory dental services since my previous dentist had retired; there were four different offices including yours. The things that impressed me most with yours: thoroughness of the initial inspection; real explanations of the 'what' and the 'why' rather than 'you have this and need that'; the technology available in your office to actually see the location and problems current or developing with the various teeth; friendliness of the entire staff and being able to interact with each of you; the time Dr. George took to actually review the visuals and compare his recommendations to recommendations I had received from one of the other offices; office courtesy on all occasions of my visits; cleanliness of the entire office; promptness of appointment times; humor shared about the progress of the "La Mesa Street corner revamp" project and the "fictitious ladies on your web site; explanations, reasons and results to expect during and after each of the procedures; office decor; follow-up on various requests such as the 'before' and 'after' treatment photos; the 'family-friendly' atmosphere which is present in your office; the reminder calls to me regarding appointments; and many more. Having decided upon your office and having the needed work completed makes me quite content with my decision. Thanks much to all of you!
